Preparing for intake
Service is provided on a first come first serve base. A waiting list may be present from time to time due to high demand. Please first check your insurance coverage and review the following forms to see if it is necessary for you to understand better prior to our initial intake appointment to be scheduled.
Running a psychotherapy service is like operating a small enterprise and takes lots of resources and everyone's commitments to make it works. All services require a 24 hour (48 hours in city of Boston) notice of cancellation or change prior to the appointment to avoid a charge which your insurance does not cover. Three consecutive no shows will lead to involuntarily termination of services for fairness to all parties including those on the waiting list.
